The culture of Bacano Coffee Roasters is of passion, creativity and excellence. All things coffee motivate us to do a better job wherever we can. We are dependable, responsible and apply our "4 P's" to ensure you can always rely on us for the delicious coffee you expect. See our 4 P's below.

1.PICK

We select the best tasting 100% washed arabica beans from multiple regions of Colombia that make our unique, delicious coffee. The coffee must pass strict standards and moisture content is checked.

2. PROCESS

The coffee is blended and roasted using drum roasters that take time to develop our flavor signature.

        

 

3. PACK

The coffee is packed within minutes of roasting in hermetically sealed, valved bags to minimize oxygen contact. Too much contact with oxygen destroys the aromas and all previous steps are irrelevant.

4. POUR

The blend is tested through cuppings and tastings to ensure the quality of our strict standards.
